*Hey Beauties! I'm Mita Powers, a certified lash technician. I received training in 2016 in Raleigh, NC, and attended Elevate Institute in 2020. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty safely. I've had extensive training on correctly applying false lash extensions and sanitation procedures. **Lash extensions are a tedious, yet enjoyable service. Therefore, we strive to make your lash service relaxing. We invite you to unwind. You'll eventually drift to sleep by listening to soothing music while reclining in a massage chair. ‼️‼️ As your service provider, I take great pride in delivering quality results. I would like to inform you that the duration of the service may be extended due to various factors, such as the number of natural lashes to be lashed, or sparse and thin lashes that require extra attention. ⬇️ ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ I will not rush or compromise my work. All fans are handmade, as I lash. **If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your services, don't hesitate to contact us within 48 hrs. for a complimentary solution. 🚫NO REFUNDS🚫 **A grace period of ten minutes is extended for every appointment. Afterward, a $15 late fee will apply. After 20 minutes, We will cancel your appointment. If canceled, a 30% fee of your total service will be held because of the inconvenience ➡️If we are unable to process the No-Show fee using the card on file, we will restrict you from booking again until your account is clear. **VIP appointments (after-hours ) Monday- Saturday are available for an additional $25. **For emergency 🚨 services outside of our business days (Sunday), an additional $50 will occur. We extend special accommodations to all our regular clients who work outside of traditional business hours. Cancellation Policy
Life can be uncertain at times. We understand things happen beyond our control. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48-24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A 30% cancellation fee is implemented for any NO SHOWS or cancellations within LESS THAN 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/NO EXCEPTIONS.
